Procedure

: Combine phase A in the main vessel. Start heating with mixing. At 75°C–85°C, add B, then C, then D. Cool slowly to 70°C, then add phase E ingredients in order. Keep mixing until completely dissolved. As soon as the batch is clear, uniform and deaerated, perform quality assurance checks and immediately pour approved batch (at 68°C–70°C) into packaging.

Properties

Soft, readily transferable light yellow colored wax; Melting point ~ 55°C; Waxy, bland taste.
